Drone Film Props Rental Malta

Looking for a realistic drone for your next film, television production, commercial or photoshoot?

simacFPV offers a selection of drones and FPV aircraft available as film props and production assets in Malta. Our drone props can be used to add realism and visual detail to scenes involving drone operators, aerial photography, technology, military, emergency services, news reporting, surveillance, action sequences and modern production environments.

The drones are supplied as props for use on set and are not intended for flight by the production or rental customer.

Drone Props for Film & Television

Our collection can include different styles and sizes of drones, from compact camera drones and FPV quads to larger professional-looking aircraft.

They can be used as:

• Film and television props

• Commercial and advertising props

• Music video props

• Photography and fashion-shoot props

• News and documentary scenes

• FPV and drone operator scenes

• Technology and innovation scenes

• Action and thriller productions

• Police, military or emergency-service scenes

• Behind-the-scenes and promotional photography

• Set dressing and background props

Real Drones for Authentic On-Screen Detail

Using genuine drone hardware as a film prop provides a level of authenticity that can be difficult to reproduce with generic or fabricated models.

Real drones feature authentic frames, motors, propellers, cameras, antennas, flight controllers and other components, making them particularly suitable for close-up shots where equipment detail is visible.

Different configurations can also help productions achieve the appearance required for a particular scene.

FPV Drone Film Props

FPV drones are especially useful when a production requires an authentic modern FPV setup.

Our FPV props can represent equipment used by:

• FPV pilots

• Drone cinematographers

• Camera operators

• Racing pilots

• Film production drone units

• Technology professionals

• Search and rescue teams

• Security and surveillance personnel

The aircraft can be presented on a workbench, carried by an actor, positioned on a production table or used as part of a wider set.

Flexible Production Rental

Drone props can be supplied for individual shooting days or longer production periods, depending on availability and project requirements.

We can work with production companies, location managers, art departments, prop departments, photographers and advertising agencies to provide suitable drone equipment for the required scene.

Please contact us with your production requirements, dates and the type of drone you are looking for.

Important Information

This service is for film prop and production use only.

The rental of a drone as a film prop does not include permission to operate or fly the aircraft. The drones are supplied as physical production props unless a separate professional drone-operation service has been agreed.

Any actual drone flight required for filming must be arranged separately and is subject to the applicable aviation, safety and filming requirements.

Ideal for Productions in Malta

Malta's established film-production industry regularly requires specialist equipment, props and production resources. Drone props can be used to add authentic detail to local and international productions filming on the Maltese Islands.

Whether you need a drone for a close-up scene, background set dressing or a specific production requirement, simacFPV can help source a suitable aircraft from our available equipment.
